How Can I Access the Survey?

You can go to the Black Cultural Centre and collect a paper copy. Once you are done you can deposit the paper copy in the locked box at the Black Cultural Centre

If you do not have a computer at home or cannot get to the Black Cultural Centre please call 902-434-6223 and arrangements can be made for you.

Volunteers at the Black Cultural Centre can bring a secure ipad or a paper copy to a more convenient location for you to complete the survey or you may use a computer at the Centre.
